withpassion.com.au is a flower shop based in Leichhardt in Sydney's inner west.

While waiting for their website to be redesigned, the owner, Hollie Reynolds, swapped hosting over to onlineWEBpresence.

As part of our service I offered to put a survey form up on the site so that visitors would be able to leave their details and be advised of the launch of the website.

I have just uploaded the three pages that make up the survey and tested everything so that it works as required. I was caught up for a while due to the form posting a data file instead of the data as an email but I finally recitified all that by changing the "submit data" fields. Sounds like a simple process although I can assure you that sometimes its like looking for a needle in a haystack (you can't see the forest for the trees)
