I have just rebooted the server where http://billgray.biz sits. Servers are temperamental sons of riches. There is very little that goes wrong as, over time, the technology and community has done all in its power to automate problem handling but sometimes, just sometimes, it all turns to custard

So when your site goes down, in the short term, don’t worry. When a server goes down, alarm bells ring and the automated problem responses get into gear. Servers fire out emails like they are going out of fashion and it would be very surprising if no one knew of the dilemma.

If it is a problem, 9 times out of 10, the issue is already being handled. It sometimes just takes a little time to get it up and running again.

As you can see, its all up and running again. It was a simple matter of rebooting the system. You may ask why, why did it crash? why did that happen? I have found that asking questions like that do only one thing… cause the asker to lose sleep. Patience has a great way of ironing out all the problems
